Ram Madhvani returned to cinema after 14 years with the gritty, emotional curler coaster Neerja and in a latest interview with hitlist, the director had revealed plans of constructing a mythological movie. Now, we’ve learnt that he’s arising with a ten-episode historic motion sequence titled Bodhi Dharma for Amazon Prime. He’s collaborating with lyricist Prasoon Joshi for the undertaking that can hint the story of a warrior prince in sixth century who grew to become the founding father of martial arts and the Shaolin Temple in China.
Elaborating on the premise, Prasoon says, “The germ of the thought got here to Ram, who’d stumbled upon the knowledge and was satisfied it will make for an attractive plot. We began writing and with brainstorming, launched extra characters. Throughout analysis, we discovered quite a lot of attention-grabbing materials and so, required a bigger format to accommodate all of it.”

Ram provides his focus shall be on educating folks about Bodhi Dharma. “We will likely be releasing hour-lengthy episodes of the present, and all of them collectively, in order that one can binge watch.
