Bollywood is about to witness the primary conflict of 2017, as Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ locks horns with Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ on January 25. However filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, director of ‘Kaabil’, has no onerous emotions. In actual fact, he’s enthusiastic about ‘Raees’.
“It is the form of movie I used to make earlier. I liked the trailer of Raees, and I’m trying ahead to it. Rahul (Dholakia; director of ‘Raees’) is a wonderful director and a superb good friend. It will likely be attention-grabbing to see him direct Shah Rukh,” says Gupta.
Whereas Rakesh Roshan (‘Kaabil’ producer) and SRK have spoken at size in regards to the conflict, Gupta feels that such a situation could be prevented provided that all the trade comes collectively. “In Hollywood, you will not see two huge movies releasing on the identical day. Even down South, the producers’ physique is cohesive, so there are hardly ever any clashes. Sadly in B-City, we now have 4 completely different producer our bodies. So it’s virtually unimaginable for the trade to take a collective name,” he explains.
Sanjay Gupta says Roshan Sr has trusted his as a director, and he does not wish to disappoint him. “Each Rakeshji and Hrithik have proven immense religion in me and I do not wish to disappoint them. Working with a star like Hrithik comes with its personal expectations. I hope we give the viewers their cash’s value,” he says.
